Meet The Band

Wayne Peschel
Drummer, Vocals and Co-founder of The Night Shift Band

Wayne Peschel was born and raised in Bellville, Texas. He has been playing and performing for over 40 years and is the last original performing member of The Night Shift Band.

In the early days, Wayne co-founded and started their first band, The Blue Czechs, which primarily played polkas, waltzes, and some country music. During his youth, he honed his craft on the drums, creating opportunities to perform with other local musicians before eventually forming The Night Shift Band.

Wayne is not only a skilled drummer and excellent vocalist, but also serves as the band’s spokesman and businessperson. For Wayne, having fun is mandatory, and he often provides the comedic relief, cutting up on stage with the other guys every chance he gets.
